Minor Rubber manufactures a full line of high quality rubber bellows and boots for demanding applications. Our boots and bellows are used in applications requiring secure, flexible joins and protection against dust, moisture, oils, chemicals, UV, and other contaminants in harsh environments. We maintain a large inventory of standard configurations and sizes and have the capabilities to manufacture custom bellows and boots if a special shape or size is required.
Our rubber boots and bellows are manufactured using a variety of methods to produce long lasting, high quality products in a range of sizes, shapes and configurations.
- Injection, transfer, and compression molding – Parts can be manufactured with varying wall thicknesses, shapes, sizes, and using a wide range of materials and hardness.
- Latex dip molding – Parts are seamless and have a uniform wall thickness. Latex dip molded parts are available in natural rubber or Neoprene® 1 Latex.
- RF welding from thin urethane or vinyl films – Used to manufacture bellows that are strong, offering a large variation in compressed to extended length, lightweight, and flexible.
- Fabric-reinforced – Used to manufacture fabric bellows that require the additional strength and protection of a rubber coating.
