Minor Rubber produces bellows and boots in many different configurations, sizes and materials to meet your most demanding needs. Our Bellows and Boots are utilized in applications requiring protection against dust, moisture, oils, chemicals, and UV, just to name a few. We employ several methods of manufacture, from conventional molding techniques, as well as latex dip molding, to RF welded bellows from thin urethane or vinyl films. Molded Bellows and Boots

Molded bellows and boots are versatile seals used in a wide range of applications to seal dust and other environmental elements in applications with a stroke or designed range of motion. Our molded rubber bellows and boots are produced in one of three methods; injection, transfer, and compression. Each of these methods has certain attributes that would be relevant based on the criteria of the application. Bellows and boots produced in this manner can be made from a variety of materials, colors, and durometers. In addition, this process allows for a part with varying wall thicknesses, and other configurations not found in the other styles.

Latex Dip Molded Bellows and Boots

Latex dip molded bellows and boots are produced by dipping a metal former into liquid rubber latex material. This method is normally utilized for small to medium production runs. A bellows or boot produced in this manner will have a uniform wall thickness throughout, and are only available in natural or Neoprene¹ rubber. Standard wall thicknesses are:
